You can now search for images in our Online Catalogue OPAC. There are two large image collections available, which are published on our media server mediaTUM:
Digital Collection of the TUM Museum of Architecture
Collection with more than 50,000 digitized works of valuable plans and drawings by famous architects, scanned in high resolution as part of the DigitAM project
Agricultural Technology Image Collection at WZW
Collection with more than 40,000 scanned slides of tractors and other farm equipment
And this is how it works:
In the OPAC search box, go to the tab "database selection" and put a tick beside mediaTUM in the section "Bavarian Ressources" . Now the image collections are included in your search and displayed in a separate list of results. In the detailed view of each image hit, you will find a link to mediaTUM, where the image is available in a high-resolution version.
