On 14 February 2017, Elsevier publishing has transitionally reactivated our online access to journal articles published in 2017. This applies – subject to reservation – to all journals licenced at TUM until the end of 2016 and for which we cancelled the subscriptions in anticipation of a new Germany-wide licence agreement. Negotiations with Elsevier, led by the German Rectors' Conference (Project DEAL), are now continuing.
During the transitional period, as long as the licence negotiations are in progress and as long as it is uncertain which current Elsevier articles are available online, the University Library will offer all researchers with TUM ID the free document delivery of Elsevier articles via interlibrary loan or subito. The Electronic Journals Library (EZB) lists all older volumes (until the end of 2016), which you can access online at TUM in any case.
