From 12 October 2020 we will extend our opening hours. All branch libraries will open earlier in the morning and library visits on weekends will be possible again.
Our Branch Libraries Mathematics & Informatics, Main Campus and Weihenstephan will open Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 24:00, on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 10:00 - 20:00. All other branch libraries will open during the week from 9:00 - 18:00. Opening hours in detail
Ordering, collecting, returning
Our services at the circulation desks are available from 8:30 respectively 9:30 – 30 minutes after the respective branch library opens. Also picking up of LRZ poster in the Branch Library Main Campus will be possible again from 12 October. Service hours in detail
Studying in the library
The reservation hours for work places will also be extended from 12 October. TUM members will then be able to reserve up to three time slots per week, including weekends. Team work and the reservation of carrels are still not possible. Reservation options in detail
