Yesterday, the auditors from TÜV Süd - a leading technical service organisation in Germany - took again a close look at our library and checked our working processes in the light of our quality management. We are happy to receive also this year a positive evaluation of your customer orientation and good organisation.
In 2007, the library of Technische Universität München was the first German university library certified according to ISO 9001. Since then we are undergoing annual audits and every third year we are subject to a major re-certification. The current certificate is valid until 2016.
