Limited Library Services on Thursday, August 24, until 10 a.m.
IT System Update
Due to an update of the IT system our library services will be limited on Thursday, August 24 until approximately 10 a.m.. During this time, our library services will be limited. There will be:
- no loan service
- no book request via OPAC
- no inter-library loan
- no dokumenTUM
- no OPAC retrieval
Apart from this, our Branch Libraries will be open regularly. Returning books will also be possible.

Due to delayed construction works in the locker area at the Branch Library Main Campus, it will not be possible to rent lockers until September 15, 2017.

Free Internet Access
WLAN for Everyone – BayernWLAN now vailable at the Library
Thanks to the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre's support for the BayernWLAN Initiative, WiFi is now available also for external library user in all our branch libraries. You only need to connect your mobile device with the listed WLAN „@BayernWLAN“. Further login data is not necessary. However, please note that the WLAN is open and your data will be transferred unencrypted. Therefore, it is recommended for all university members to use the encrypted WLAN eduroam.

Reserving Lockers
Branch Library Mathematics & Informatics: Locker clearing
Reserving a locker in the Branch Library Mathematics & Informatics will soon be possible by using your personal TUM University Library account. In order to change the lock configuration, we have to clear all lockers beforehand.
Please clear your locker by 3 September 2017. We will clear all lockers the following day.
