IT System Migration
Limited Library Services from 19-22 August 2011
Our library IT system will be migrated to a server at the Leibniz Computing Centre (LRZ). The migration and the rebuilding of the database will take approximately four days and will take place at the weekend of August 19 - 22, 2011. During this time our library services will be limited. There will be:
- no loan service
- no book request via OPAC
- no inter-library loan
- no dokumenTUM
- no OPAC retrieval
Apart from this, our Branch Libraries will be open regularly. Returning books will also be possible.

Platform change to ProQuest
GeoRef and Avery Index: Database Migration on 18 July 2011
On Monday, July 18, 2011 our databases Avery Index to Architectural Periodicals and GeoRef will be migrated from the present CSA platform to the new one hosted by ProQuest. Access to the previous platform will then no longer be available. Please, make sure to update your bookmarks.

TUM members can access both databases via eAccess. Please log in with your TUM ID:

Stat GeoRef via E-Access
Alternatively, it is possible to log in on a desktop PC within the TUM LAN using proxy configuration.

Branch Library : Extended Opening Hours during Exam Time
During the exam time the Branch Library Sports Science will extend its opening hours from July 11 - 30, 2011. This is financed with tuition fees.
Please note: Week days after 4.30 p.m. and Saturdays the access to the sports campus (and hence to the branch library) is only possible with a University Sports Card and a valid voucher H.
