Secure Your Study Desk In 2 Minutes

Online Reservation of Study Desks at the Main Campus

Reservierbare Lernplätze im 2. Obergeschoss der Teilbibliothek Stammgelände

Reserve a study desk with just a few clicks! Starting 15 January 2024, we offer this new service to TUM members at the Branch Library Main Campus. There are a total of 250 reservable spaces available on the 2nd floor. You can book these for a period of up to eight hours. Four reservations are possible per week, including multiple reservations on the same day.

Online Reservation & Terms of Use

Check-in and clock discs for break times
Before occupying your reserved place, don't forget to check-in – otherwise, your reservation claim will expire after 30 minutes. To do this, you'll need the QR code provided with your reservation confirmation. Scan it at one of the two on-site check-in stations. Check-in is possible at least 30 minutes before the reservation time.

Remember: Using a clock disc for your break times is also mandatory at reserved study desks.

Using study desks without reservation
In addition to the 250 reservable places on the 2nd floor, there are 400 study desks available without reservation options on the entrance level and on the mezzanine floor. These are also available to library visitors who are not affiliated with TUM.
