Invitation for sponsorship
The organizations and companies supplying materials, tools and services to scientific and university libraries are kindly invited to participate to the 32nd Annual Conference IATUL titled "Libraries for An Open Environment: strategies, technologies and partnerships."
IATUL (International Association of Scientific and Technological University Libraries), founded in 1955, has 235 member libraries from 49 nations.
32nd IATUL Conference will provide excellent platform to present your company and the products to the university librarians and senior managers from scientific and technological university libraries world-wide.
The Organizing Committee offers many levels and benefits for sponsorship. Please note that the mentioned amount do not include taxes (23% VAT)
The Gold Sponsors € 4,500+
- Conference program and abstract book will note the company in the front cover of the program as a Gold sponsor (the company logo will be displayed)
- Acknowledgment of the Gold sponsorship on the Conference web site
- One full page monochrome advertisement in the final program (supplied by you)
- A complimentary conference registration for a Company representative, including the sponsored event
- A list of all delegates who attended the Conference
- A company banner (if provided by the sponsor) will be displayed in the Conference area
- The sponsor’s booth [2 x 2 m] in the Conference venue
- A promotional flyer, provided by your company, for inclusion in the delegates' satchels
- Announced as a sponsor of Conference Dinner or other events as agreed
Silver Sponsors € 3,000- 4,499
- Conference literature will note your company as Silver sponsor (your company logo will be depicted)
- One half page monochrome advertisement in the final program (supplied by you)
- Acknowledgment of the Silver sponsorship on the Conference web site
- A complimentary conference registration for one Company representative
- A list of all delegates who attended the Conference
- A promotional flyer, provided by your company, for inclusion in the delegates' satchels
- The sponsor’s booth [2 x 2 m] in the Conference venue
- Announced as a sponsor of Reception on Monday or Tuesday or social events as agreed
Bronze Sponsors € 1,500-2,999
- Conference literature will note your company as a Bronze sponsor
- A list of all delegates who attended the Conference
- Acknowledgment in the final program
- Acknowledgment of your Bronze Sponsorship on the Conference web site
- The sponsor’s booth [2 x 2 m] in the Conference venue
- Announced as a sponsor of Coffee Break or social events as agreed
Donors Up to €1,499
- Conference literature will note your company as a Donor
- Acknowledgment in the final program and on web site
Please note that the IATUL Conference does not have a separate trade show. The conference provides the opportunity for company representatives to mix fully with library delegates at sessions and at social occasions, including morning and afternoon teas, and at lunches. Sponsors will be provided with an appropriate promotional slot, e.g. at their sponsored event.
