The registration fee for IATUL Members/ Pending Members and Non – IATUL Members covers:
- participation in Conference debates,
- coffee breaks and lunches,
- Conference materials,
- participation in Receptions on May 29th, 30th, 31st,
- excursion and reverly on June 1st,
- Conference Dinner on June 2nd.
The registration fee for accompanying persons covers:
- lunches,
- participation in Receptions on May 29th, 30th, 31st,
- excursion and reverly on June 1st,
- Conference Dinner on June 2nd.
The one day registration fee covers (Monday or Tuesday):
- Conference materials,
- lunch,
- participation in Reception on May 30th or 31st.

- Payment is required within 7 days from the registration.
Cancellation Conditions
Notification of cancellation of registration and tourist programme must be made in written to Congressor.
- Till 1st April 2011 the latest, 100% of the Conference fee paid will be returned
- Till 1st May 2011 the latest, 50% of the Conference fee paid will be returned
- No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1st May 2011
The bank charges are covered by the participant.
The necessary condition for Conference participation is paying the fee and submitting a completed registration form online.
Prior payment for hotel accommodation is the condition for booking. Non-payment is equivalent to booking cancellation.
You are kindly asked to bring a printed confirmation of your bank transfer to Registration desk.
After receiving your online registration as well as the fee and accommodation payment, you will get your Entry Form and the confirmation of services ordered.
