The organizing committee is pleased to invite Sponsors to participate in the 35th IATUL Conference. The theme of the conference is “Measures for Success – Library Resources and Effectiveness under Scrutiny”. The conference will be focusing on how academic libraries strive to resonate among users and stakeholders in producing flexible, relevant, robust, and scalable responses in the dynamic, global and constantly evolving higher education environment.
We believe the range of topics and the international character of the conference will further encourage you to take part in the event. Sponsorship of IATUL 2014 provides an excellent opportunity to promote your organization and network with a large group of senior library executives. We expect 150-200 delegates to attend.
A number of social functions and receptions will be held during the conference. The lunches and refreshments during the conference session breaks will be catered at the conference venue Dipoli (http://dipoli.aalto.fi/en).
The evening receptions will be held offsite in cultural establishments in Helsinki and Espoo. The closing dinner will be held at the Kulosaari Casino (http://www.kulosaarencasino.fi/en) in Helsinki and the study tour will be to Fiskars Village (http://www.fiskarsvillage.fi/en). Companies are invited to sponsor any of these events either fully or partially. We are happy to negotiate custom arrangements to suit both parties.

Please note that the IATUL Conference does not have a separate trade show. The conference provides the opportunity for company representatives to mix fully with library delegates at sessions and at social occasions, including morning and afternoon breaks, and at lunches. Vendor displays and morning and afternoon breaks take place in the same venue.
Sponsor can place a banner at a designated spot in the function venue at their own expense, the size and wordings subject to the approval of the organizer. In order to display at the IATUL 2014 Conference a vendor must be a sponsor at the Bronze Level or above.
