Espoo is part of the Capital region and Helsinki metropolitan area, along with the cities of Helsinki, Vantaa, and Kauniainen. The city is on the shore of the Gulf of Finland and famous for its beautiful archipelago. The conference venue Otaniemi is only 30 minutes drive from the Helsinki-Vantaa international airport and 15 minutes from the capital Helsinki. Espoo is the second largest city in Finland.
