Accommodation

You can no longer book accomodation through the conference website after April 24th. When registering for the first time after this date please note that you will have to make your own hotel arrangements.

Changing your reservation

Please advise the conference organisation of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel directly.

Cancelling your reservation

If you cancel your accomodation booking prior to April 15th 2009, your accomodation deposit will be refunded in full. After that date, refunds may be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel.

Early Access

If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.

Transport during the conference

On Monday June 1st, Tuesday June 2nd, Wednesday June 3rd and Thursday June 4th, our bus will pick you up at your hotel or in the neighbourhood of your hotel, between 08.00 and 08.45 hrs.
