With a view to catering for all conference participants, block bookings have been made at a range of hotels. All room rates quoted are inclusive of New Zealand Government Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Bookings should be made on the registration form by 21 March 2008. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation, payment of one night's room rate is required, by cheque, or you may supply your credit card details to guarantee the booking. Please indicate your first and second choices when you register.
Please advise The Conference Company of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.
If you cancel your accommodation booking prior to 21 March 2008 your accommodation deposit will be refunded in full. After that date, refunds may be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel.
If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.
