Open access journals and the developing world - experiences from operating the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)

The presentation will give an insight in the distribution of the Open Access Journals on different countries, the usage of the data in DOAJ from developing countries with emphasis on the future work that will be done on order to raise the awareness from publishers and institutions in the developing world.
