Who can reserve the Presentation Lab?

• TUM students and TUM staff
• Reservations are non-transferable and must not be made for others
• Use is strictly limited to practicing presentations

How to reserve

• online via the reservation system [1]
• Log in with TUM ID
• Book up to 2 months in advance – same-day booking is possible

Reservation limits

• Maximum of 4 hours per reservation
• Up to 15 reservations per month – multiple bookings per day are allowed

When does my reservation expire?

• After 30 minutes, if you don’t show up or fail to check in
• If absent for more than 60 minutes
• Expired reservations are not refunded to your booking quota

Things to keep in mind

• Drinks in tightly closed containers are okay
• No food or alcohol allowed
