Help for website users
To register as a user of the website (login):
- On the main menu, select "User registration/login" and then "Registration/login"
- New users to the site must complete steps 1 and 2
- Fields marked # are compulsory
- NOTE: Multiple registrations using the same email address are not possible; each registration must have a unique email address
- Users must maintain their profiles and not try to re-register
To submit abstracts and papers for a conference:
- Users must have registered (login) initially as explained above
- After “Login" select the “My abstract and paper submissions” link
- Select the “Upload documents” link to upload and attach a conference paper to an abstract
To register for a event:
- Users must have registered (login) initially as explained above
- After “Login” select the “Register for an event” link
- Copies of invoices can be obtained by clicking the “My invoices” link
To edit your profile:
- Users can edit their profile after registration
- Use the “Login” page and select the “My profile (Bio information)” link for biographical details and the “My Profile (Participation categories)” link for participation details
To review abstracts
- Abstracts can only be reviewed by those users appointed by the Program Committee Coordinator
- When requested to review an abstract, first login as user and then select the "My abstracts to review" link
- Select the abstract that you wish to review
- Click the "Final submission" button upon completion
- Be sure to save comments regularly to avoid time-out; no editing is possible after the final submission
