TUM has entered into an agreement with the Royal Society of London, offering TUM members special conditions for their open access publications.

The following services are available through the TUM University Library:

• Open Access Publishing
  As a "Corresponding Author" affiliated with TUM, you receive a discount of 25% on every paper that is published Open Access in any journal [1] from the Royal Society of London. The remaining fee is not covered by TUM. The invoice will be sent to the corresponding author. If you publish in a Gold Open Access Journal you may use our TUM publication fund in addition.

Mandatory Affiliation Statement
For receiving the discount and the precise attribution of your publication, it is crucial that you indicate TUM as your primary affiliation and utilize the binding, standardized affiliation designation. Please adhere to the specifications outlined in the TUM Publication Guidelines [2] for all your publication projects. Always use your TUM email address (@tum.de or @mytum.de) for the submission process to ensure that the publisher correctly affiliates you with TUM.
