Lost Your Library Card?
Please notify us at once. Contact the library's First Level Hotline [1] or any branch library [2]. We will then temporarily de-activate your library account in order to prevent fraudulent use. For individuals and non-TUM-staff issuing a new library card will incur a replacement fee [3].
Lost Your TUM StudentCard?
Please inform immediately the TUM Center for Study and Teaching [4] as well as the library's First Level Hotline [1] or any branch library [2]. We will then temporarily de-activate your library account in order to prevent fraudulent use.
For issuing a new StudentCard please contact the TUM Center for Study and Teaching [4].

If the StudentCard is reissued by the Admissions and Enrollment Office, a new library ID will be assigned. Please come to one of our branch libraries [2] in order to re-activate your library account and to register your new library ID.
