Python skills are essential in the research environment and for data management. The basic training in the programming language is part of the Data Steward Training – an intensive training for TUM data experts by TUM Research Data Hub.
In January 2024, TUM researchers can exclusively sign up for the Python introductory course, even if they do not participate in the Data Steward Training. Familiarize yourself with the essentials of programming in four webinars: Registration for Python Basics for Data Analysis.
TUM Research Data Hub is the central contact point for research data at TUM. In addition to support and information on all phases of a research data cycle, the Hub organizes trainings to promote data competence throughout the university. The Hub is a cooperation between the University Library and the Munich Data Science Institute (MDSI).
