SPONSORSHIP LEVELS AND BENEFITS FOR 2008 CONFERENCE

IATUL (International Association of Technological University Libraries), founded in 1955, has 234 member libraries from 47 nations. 2008 is only the third time (after Brisbane in 2000 and Pretoria in 1998) that the conference has been held in the Southern Hemisphere.

This conference, “Digital Discovery: Strategies and Solutions”, will provide excellent exposure for your company to the University Librarians and senior Managers from technological university libraries world-wide.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP NZ$8,000+ (approximately Euro €4,000+)

A Gold Sponsor will receive the following:

  • Conference programme will note your company on the front cover of the programme as a Gold Sponsor (the company logo will be depicted)
  • Acknowledgement of the Gold Sponsorship on the Conference web site
  • One full page monochrome advertisement in the final programme (if supplied by sponsor)
  • A complimentary conference registration for a Company representative, including the sponsored event
  • A list of all delegates who attend the conference
  • A company banner (if provided by the sponsor) will be displayed in the Conference area
  • A promotional flyer, provided by your company, for inclusion in the delegates’ satchels
  • First option to sponsor an event

SILVER SPONSORSHIP NZ$6,000-NZ$7,999 (approximately Euro €3,000-€3,999)

A Silver Sponsor will receive the following:

  • Conference programme will note your company as a Silver Sponsor (the company logo will be depicted)
  • Acknowledgement of the Silver Sponsorship on the Conference web site
  • One half page monochrome advertisement in the final programme (if supplied by sponsor)
  • A complimentary conference registration for one Company representative
  • A list of all delegates who attend the conference
  • A promotional flyer, provided by your company, for inclusion in the delegates’ satchels

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP NZ$3000- NZ$5,999 (approximately Euro €1,500-€2,999)

A Bronze Sponsor will receive the following:

  • Conference programme will note your company as a Bronze sponsor
  • Acknowledgement of the Bronze Sponsorship on the Conference web site
  • A list of all delegates who attend the conference

DONOR Up to NZ$2999 (approximately Euro €1,499)

A Donor will receive the following:

  • Acknowledgement in the final programme
  • Acknowledgement of your sponsorship on the Conference web site

Please note that the IATUL Conference does not have a separate trade show. The conference provides the opportunity for company representatives to mix fully with library delegates at sessions and at social occasions, including morning and afternoon teas, and at lunches.
Sponsors will be provided with an appropriate promotional slot, e.g. at their sponsored event.
