At the Conference

Your Conference pack will be available for collection from the Registration Desk located in the foyer of Building WA of the AUT University, Wellesley Street, Auckland. Access to Building WA is via the Main Entry shown on this map or via Gate 2 or 3.

The Registration Desk will be open at the following times:

    Sunday 20 April 15:00 – 17:00
    Monday 21 April 08:00 – 17:00
    Tuesday 22 April 08:00 – 17:00
    Thursday 24 April 08:00 – 17:00

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund of conference fees (less an administration charge of NZ$75) will be made, providing notification is received by
21 March 2008. After that date, no refunds will be made.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
